What this position entails Business Operations is at the center of all IntelliScript divisions (e.g. IT, Data Analytics, Account Management, Sales, and Products). The Client Support Advocate is critical as a first line of support for our clients. The right person for our team will bring professional experience and training from a variety of settings and perspectives, a passion for solving business questions as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. The key area of responsibility in the role of Client Support Advocate Help Desk Representative is interaction with our clients, i.e. health and life insurance companies.
