About The Position

University Physicians’ Association, Inc. is seeking an experienced and people-focused Client Success Supervisor to join their Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in West Knoxville. This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is passionate about driving operational excellence and high-quality client service. As a Client Success Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of billing professionals while fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture. You’ll balance operational oversight with mentorship—ensuring both team success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Advanced medical billing and coding knowledge
  • In-depth understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, payer regulations, and industry standards
  • Advanced computer and system application proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others while aligning with departmental goals and policies
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Sensitivity to the balance between people, processes, and performance

Nice To Haves

  • College coursework or degree preferred
  • Certifications strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day team operations, including time-off requests and staffing oversight
  • Exercise sound administrative judgment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and service outcomes
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with established productivity and performance standards
  • Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and constructive feedback to support professional growth
