In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service, interacting with people across multiple contact channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role is responsible for handling a variety of routine inquiries or requests while providing a high level of service. To succeed in this role, you must be caring and compassionate, enthusiastic, solution-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service to all our customers nationwide. Weekdays and Weekends: (3) Weekdays and all weekends 2nd and 3rd Shift (rotating).
