Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of sales experience or successful completion of the Client Representative program
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills, including presentations in a sales capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding relationship building skills.

  • Sales or account management experience
  • Health care and/or technology services and solutions with emphasis on health and human services or post acute marketplace experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate accounts receivable activity with finance to ensure Netsmart receives timely payment and resolve issues that cause delays in payment.
  • Monitor clients’ recurring revenue for events that may require attention, such as renewals, consulting revenue milestones, and delayed starts to subscription.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of account plans, using SalesForce and the Account Optimizer module.
  • Assist in the sales process for targeted opportunities through quote generation, demo coordination, solution research, and client communications.
  • Run demand generation campaigns using tools such as Highspot.
  • Perform follow up with campaign targets to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Monitor support activity for cases or trends that require Client Alignment involvement to maintain the health of the client.
  • Work directly with clients to prioritize and escalate support cases as necessary.
  • Coordinate and track Netsmart engineering work for clients, including the LOE process and custom development projects.
