As a full-time Client Success Representative (CSR), you are the key link between our customers and BTI teams. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, guiding projects from concept to production with precision and care, while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and anticipate customer needs will set you up for success. Customers You Impact / Outcome You Produce: You’ll work directly with customers across industries, helping them bring their innovative print projects to life. Your contributions will drive customer satisfaction, repeat business, and company growth. Goals You Contribute To Strengthening client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence Growing BTI’s core business by identifying new revenue opportunities Enhancing operational efficiency through accurate order management and documentation

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Prepare and deliver professional estimates
  • Guide clients through design, ordering, and production
  • Process orders and maintain essential client records in CRM and ERP systems
  • Perform high volume data entry with accuracy
  • Promote BTI’s full range of products to customers
  • Participate in training and development opportunities
  • 3 years’ experience Account Management or Customer Service Representative
  • Effective verbal and written communication, phone, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in an open, shared workspace
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess superior problem-solving skills
  • Citizenship must permit compliance with requirements of ITAR
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to successfully complete background and drug screening requirements
