As a full-time Client Success Representative (CSR), you are the key link between our customers and BTI teams. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, guiding projects from concept to production with precision and care, while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and anticipate customer needs will set you up for success.
