This is not a direct sales role. Instead, you will focus on creating mutual alignment, handling challenges with confidence, and driving engagement that naturally leads to retention, expansion, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Position Overview: As a Client Success Manager at 1406, you will do more than manage accounts. Your role will be to set clear expectations, align stakeholders, and ensure clients realize maximum value from their investment in HubSpot and in 1406 Consulting.
