At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team and ensure our employer groups and agency partners are fully prepared for successful benefit enrollments. This role is at the heart of our mission to provide white-glove service, optimize enrollment strategies, and foster meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in client success, account management, enrollment operations, or implementation
  • Life, Health, and LTC insurance licenses
  • Strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and data analysis capabilities
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with confident communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with benefits administration platforms (e.g., Selerix, Workday, ADP)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with call center metrics like AHT, FCR, and CSAT

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Benefit Advisor scheduling for onsite, virtual, and phone enrollments, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to align workflows, set expectations, and proactively address risks to protect enrollment outcomes
  • Manage an assigned book of business to drive participation, improve product penetration, and maximize revenue growth
  • Support clients with implementation readiness and post-enrollment reviews
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize strategies for new hires and existing clients
  • Serve as a key point of escalation to ensure client satisfaction and seamless operations
  • Monitor data integrity and identify opportunities to streamline processes for enhanced client experiences
