Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare.
  • Provider-based background preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare Project Management or Consulting.
  • Proficiency in Epic and Generative AI tools.
  • Excellent skills with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to view the big picture and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively across various departments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.
  • Strong professionalism for interacting with clients.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
