Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare.
Provider-based background preferred.
Experience in Healthcare Project Management or Consulting.
Proficiency in Epic and Generative AI tools.
Excellent skills with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Ability to view the big picture and resolve issues effectively.
Proven track record of working collaboratively across various departments.
Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.
Strong professionalism for interacting with clients.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
