The Client Success Manager performs a critical oversight function for all Fooda operations in the Boston market. In addition to running the day-to-day operations in Boston, the core responsibility is to provide leadership and support for the operations teams in Boston. This manager is focused on recruiting and retaining top talent for each role. This role and the team that will be built is focused on recruiting and retaining the best local restaurants and delivering a great experience to our clients. In addition, this role’s path to success is creating a standard of operational excellence for all clients across all of our product offerings. This role reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations.
