Our Client Success team works closely with CHROs, HR, and People Leaders through implementation, launch, and program renewal to deliver high impact programs that drive employee engagement and long- term partnership value. Vivvi is seeking a Client Success Manager to help scale and support our growing portfolio of corporate partners. This person will work closely with our clients’ CHROs, HR, and People Leaders through implementation, launch and renewal of their care benefits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, translating data into insights, and managing complex client engagements with care and precision.

Requirements

  • Have experience supporting B2B or enterprise clients, particularly in the employee benefits space
  • Are a deeply client service oriented professional who brings a culture of exceptional service, and ownership to everything they do
  • Have a proven track record building trusted client relationships and delivering consistently high-quality experiences across multiple touchpoints
  • Possess a strong data fluency and analytical mindset, with the ability to work comfortably with data sets, reports, and dashboards to identify trends, assess performance, and support client decision-making
  • Are proficient with HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and templates, as well proficiency across Google Workspace and Canva.
  • Is a strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to client stakeholders
  • Are able to work in our NYC office 2-3 days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience working in Sales Force and other CRMs (preferred).
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and an eye for clean, consistent design

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate client accounts across the full lifecycle, including implementation, launch, renewal, and expansion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR, People, and Benefits leaders, building trusted, long-term relationships that support retention and growth
  • Analyze client data to surface actionable insights and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to clients
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to drive client retention, expansion, and long-term account growth
  • Own client-facing communications, presentations and materials across the client lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Manage and optimize client communications in HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and templates tied to client programs, events, and key milestones
  • Coordinate webinar, virtual and in-person event setup and follow-up
