About The Position

The #1 Trusted Swim School in Charleston is seeking an experienced, executive-level Client Success Manager to join our leadership team. This role requires a highly organized professional with proven administrative experience who will work very closely with the Director of Operations and CEO/Founder to oversee client experience, internal coordination, and day-to-day operational support. This is a hybrid position , combining remote administrative leadership with in-water swim instruction when needed .

Requirements

  • Prior administrative and executive support experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Confident, professional presence with families, staff, and leadership
  • Swimming experience preferred; willingness to teach and be in the water required

  • Swimming experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage client registrations and onboarding
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for families; answer phones and resolve issues professionally
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations and CEO/Founder
  • Coordinate closely with Swim Instructors to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and internal documentation
  • Step into swim instruction and in-water support when needed (training provided if required)
  • Uphold and represent the mission, values, and standards of LowCountry Swim School
