We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for our clients and partners—driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through exceptional support and strategic guidance. The CSM acts as a liaison between clients/partners and internal departments including Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing service delivery.
