Manage the complete lifecycle for Isaac Health's strategic partners to drive growth and engagement; responsibilities include leading implementation, best-practice playbooks and boosting patient and provider adoption, and proving Isaac Health's value. Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing needs, concerns, and escalation paths Develop success plans, track adoption KPIs, and ensure value realization for clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, care navigation, product, engineering) to ensure consistent delivery Prepare and present regular business reviews with data-driven insights to showcase Isaac Health's value and identify opportunities for growth.
