About The Position

We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) focused on delivering proactive IT solutions and exceptional client experiences. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a resourceful, driven, and client-focused professional to serve as the connective tissue between sales, operations, and our clients. This is a high-impact hybrid role combining inside sales, client success, account management, sales enablement, and administrative coordination. Requirements

  • 1–5+ years experience in sales, account management, customer success, or MSP environment
  • Experience creating quotes and proposals preferred
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, ConnectWise, Autotask, etc. preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and services with clients

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver accurate client quotes and proposals
  • Support MSP sales reps with pricing, renewals, and opportunity tracking
  • Follow up on open quotes and proposals
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Help manage the sales pipeline and CRM hygiene
  • Assist in closing smaller deals independently (inside sales component)
  • Support QBR preparation and client presentations
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
  • Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Track contract renewals and service expansions
  • Coordinate onboarding for new clients
  • Assist with Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/CSET) initiatives
  • Monitor service delivery issues and escalate when needed
  • Reduce churn and increase account growth
  • Answer inbound calls from clients
  • Triage requests and route appropriately
  • Provide timely updates and follow-through
  • Maintain professional, high-touch communication standards
  • Manage documentation and internal systems
  • Assist with vendor coordination and procurement
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting
  • Prepare internal sales and account reports
  • Help streamline quoting and renewal processes
