About The Position

Cedar Gate is seeking a passionate advocate for client success to join a talented and growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the trusted partner of a portfolio of clients, guiding them through all stages of their journey with our cutting-edge value-based care solutions. Along with the other members of the Client Success team, you will ensure the success and overall satisfaction of our clients, achieve measurable value, and foster long-term relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience, Master's preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience of at least 3 years with providers, health plans, brokers, medical management, or healthcare data analytics companies.
  • More than a year of client success or client relationship management experience.
  • Ability to communicate and present information about the company, product, and technology to a wide audience.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the demonstrated ability to identify and make decisions based on complex client requests.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare claims and EMR data.
  • Experience with value-based care reimbursement models (MSSP, ACO Reach, Capitation, Bundles, etc.).
  • Able to travel as much as 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • their success in value-based care and advocating for their requests internally.
  • Lead cross-functional account teams to deliver seamless, strategic support tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Facilitate regular executive-level meetings to align their objectives, address organizational growth challenges, and explore potential opportunities.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of Cedar Gate’s products through personalized training, guidance, and deep product expertise.
  • Create and execute client success plans that define key metrics for success, track progress, mitigate risks, and celebrate achievements through documented value stories.
  • Surface and syndicate best practices across the Cedar Gate client community to elevate collective success by using our products.
  • Serve as the voice of the client, providing actionable insights to influence product development and enhance service delivery.
