You’re confident leading a team of onboarding specialists and coordinators, while also maintaining a small set of your own clients to stay grounded in the work. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, client success, or digital marketing leadership
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team while managing your own accounts
  • Experience navigating and managing change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in process creation, cross-functional communication, and workflow optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously identify process gaps and proactively offer solutions
  • Strong communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing cross-team timelines and priorities
  • Proficient in HubSpot and Asana

Nice To Haves

  • Multifamily industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee your onboarding team and ensure individual and team performance meets expectations
  • Manage onboarding timelines across multiple accounts to keep launches on schedule and aligned
  • Mentor and support your direct reports, providing strategic guidance and feedback
  • Maintain a small portfolio of onboarding clients to stay connected to day-to-day execution
  • Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Leadership, Marketing, Campaign, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strategic campaign launches
  • Other duties as assigned
