We are growing quickly and are hiring a Client Onboarding Manager to partner with healthcare organizations nationwide, guiding them through implementation, driving early value realization, and setting the foundation for long-term success. If you enjoy deeply understanding client workflows, solving complex problems, and configuring software to achieve meaningful outcomes, this role is for you. You will own the onboarding experience for both new and expanding clients, serving as the strategic and operational lead throughout implementation. You’ll design and execute tailored launch plans, lead client-facing workflows, and ensure seamless implementation across both complex (Epic-integrated) and non-complex environments. Your focus will be on accelerating time to value and optimizing client workflows prior to handoff to the dedicated account team.
