Nearby options were limited and the team was spending too much time and money traveling to their favorite restaurants. They had an idea: bring Chicago’s local restaurant culture inside the office to sell food. It was an immediate hit. When they discovered people from other companies sneaking into their office, they knew they were on to something and Fooda was born. Position Overview: As a Client Success Lead you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations for the Los Angeles market. Your “North Star” is delivering a consistently exceptional lunch experience for our clients and their employees. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee on-site staff, and support the launch of new locations. This role requires 40% local travel within the Greater Los Angeles area, along with weekly office attendance.
