As a Client Success Lead you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations for the Bay Area market. Your “North Star” is delivering a consistently exceptional lunch experience for our clients and their employees. You will work closely with the Sr. Client Success Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee on-site staff, and support the launch of new sites. This role requires 40% local travel within the Bay Area, along with weekly office attendance in downtown San Francisco.
