We are looking for a Client Success Intern to work directly with our Senior Customer Success Managers and Onboarding Project Managers in a SaaS environment serving industrial customers. This is not a passive internship. You will be involved in real customer meetings, real account management workflows, and real execution work. As you demonstrate capability, you will gradually take ownership of your own Tier 3 customer accounts. This role is ideal for a student who is organized, comfortable interacting with professionals, and interested in learning how SaaS companies support long-term customer relationships in industrial environments.
