We are seeking a Client Success Enterprise to own the full lifecycle of up to 3 dedicated enterprise accounts — from pre-sale RFP support and onboarding through activation, expansion, and long-term partnership. The primary mission is to maximize lifetime value by driving deeper product adoption, opening new currency corridors, and migrating incremental cross-border payment volume onto the platform — turning landed enterprise clients into high-volume strategic partners. This person operates as an adaptive generalist who flexes across documentation collection, stakeholder mapping, technical coordination, executive engagement, and account planning.
