About The Position

Our client within the waste and recycling industry is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to support service delivery operations following a recent acquisition. This role is critical to restoring service levels by coordinating schedules, managing customer service requests across assigned service areas (wards/routes), and supporting dispatch operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Client Success Coordinator serves as a key point of contact between clients and internal operations teams, ensuring service accuracy, timely resolution, and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+years of experience in customer service, administrative support, service coordination, scheduling, or data entry
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage client concerns professionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule waste and recycling service requests across designated service areas (wards/routes)
  • Act as a client-facing support partner, ensuring service issues and requests are addressed efficiently
  • Support dispatch operations by confirming service timing, route assignments, and updates with internal teams
  • Accurately process service changes, cancellations, and account updates in internal systems
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions, service requests, and scheduling activity
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, billing, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve service outcomes
  • Assist with billing, collections support, and related documentation as needed
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to help reduce service backlogs and improve operational performance
