About The Position

We're looking for a motivated Client Success Coordinator to play a critical role in helping our clients and partners get the most out of our Managed Account platform. From the moment an agreement is signed, you'll be the point person who brings everything together-coordinating across RIAs, custodians, asset managers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term success. Requirements

  • Client onboarding experience: Familiarity with RIA structures, custodial platforms, and/or asset manager workflows
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes at once, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both client-facing and cross-team collaboration
  • Problem solver: Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions to keep clients moving forward
  • Team player: Collaborative approach with a focus on building trust with clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Experience: 3-5 years in client success, operations, or onboarding role in financial services (RIA/TAMP/asset management experience a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding process-helping RIAs, custodians, and third-party asset managers launch successfully on our Managed Account platform
  • Coordinate with internal teams (trading operations, billing, portfolio management) to make sure all moving pieces line up for a seamless client experience
  • Establish and maintain clear lines of communication between RIAs, custodial partners, and asset managers
  • Manage early-stage client interactions, from documentation through first billing, to ensure quick and efficient revenue recognition
  • Serve as the ongoing point of contact for clients on non-investment needs and for asset managers on ongoing relationship support
  • Provide proactive updates, guidance, and issue resolution to keep clients and partners informed and confident
