We are hiring a Business Development Associate to help a growing client base make better investment decisions. Our newest Business Development Associate will identify meaningful engagement opportunities to help clients get the most value out of our products and identify opportunities to work with clients on products that they’re yet to subscribe to. The Business Development Associate career progression is a path towards being a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive, focused on engaging new users and driving commercial expansion within our existing accounts. This role will be based in New York City, where our headquarters is located. Since the position includes close coaching and mentorship, we’re looking for someone local who can work in a hybrid capacity and take advantage of in-person collaboration. This will be a great opportunity to learn directly from leadership and grow with hands-on support. In this role, you’ll gain experience in: Supporting a growing number of clients and cultivating relationships by: Finding new and creative ways to demonstrate value and grow user engagement Driving value for clients from our research and data products Becoming a trusted resource for our clients Identifying and activating new users on existing accounts Identifying and/or nurturing upsell opportunities Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally Developing sales and account management skills that will make you a core contributor of the revenue team with significant growth opportunity into a sales role at the company
