About The Position

As a Client Success Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Department by assisting clients and working closely with sales agents to ensure a smooth, accurate, and positive insurance experience. You’ll help process policies, explain coverage, and maintain detailed client records while serving as a reliable point of contact for client questions and service needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling a high volume of calls
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Active 4-40 Customer Service Representative license Required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist new and existing clients with general insurance information and service inquiries
  • Work directly with sales agents to support policy processing and client needs
  • Process quotes, applications, and policy changes accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver policies and assist with follow-up and coverage reviews
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service by phone and email
  • Respond to questions regarding coverage, eligibility, billing, and claims support
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow agency guidelines and processes
  • Participate in training and ongoing professional development
