In this role, you’ll own post-sale relationships with some of the world’s leading ecommerce companies — managing their campaigns, analyzing performance data, and finding new ways to drive value through Rokt’s AI-powered platform. Instead of sitting on the sidelines, you’ll be in the room shaping strategy, spotting growth opportunities, and turning data into recommendations that directly impact client outcomes. To get you started, you will go through a highly curated onboarding program to understand how Rokt’s products and business operates, to give you the context to deliver real results for your clients from day one.) The Client Success team is responsible for: Driving client outcomes (e.g., managing account performance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring partners consistently hit their goals through Rokt's AI platform) Turning data into strategy (e.g., using analytics to uncover what's working, surfacing new opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations) Being the client's voice internally (e.g., working with product, engineering, and marketing to make sure what clients need actually shapes what we build)
