Position Overview ISS is seeking a Seasonal Client Success Associate to join its Norman, OK team. A successful candidate will have an ability to develop strong working relationships quickly, communicating effectively with all. Client Success Associates are adaptable, eager and efficient problem solvers. This includes serving as a point of contact, offering support, and guiding clients to receive the highest level of customer service in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or within 3 months of graduation
  • Experience in an account management or client service position, ideally in financial or corporate governance industries
  • Proactive attitude, innovative, motivated, client-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and verbal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skill; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Absolute personal and business integrity

Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiry and issue resolution process, utilizing Microsoft Outlook, SalesForce.com and other internal tools
  • Identify accounts at risk to ensure revenue and client retention
  • Assess client reporting needs and coordinate report delivery
  • Perform regular Master Account List reviews
  • Maintain the email support inbox and phone hotline service, actioning all inquiries and connecting clients to their dedicated client success manager for personalized service
  • Identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to sales team to assist in closing new deals
  • Achieve target renewal rate through outstanding client service
  • Perform frequent testing of new product features
  • Other special projects and initiatives for the business, as needed and assigned
