Our customers include over 300 global pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, research agencies, and consultancy firms. As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. The Konovo Access team is a Client Success team that supports Life Science market researchers’ self-guided use of our proprietary insights generation platform. The team onboards and upskills new clients and supports their use of our technology. This allows clients to easily and rapidly reach their customers directly, providing them with impactful insights that can shape strategy and decision making. We are looking for an analyst to contribute to our mission by supporting clients in learning about, and utilizing, our platform. The Access team services over 100 Life Sciences clients and more than 200 teams and brands. You will serve as a key communication point for approximately 5 clients per day, supporting them in creating and executing research, and optimizing their use of our platform to inform their business questions. This role is a primary driver of client engagement and satisfaction. At Konovo, you'll help shape real healthcare decisions through meaningful research, while learning new skills, working with smart teammates, and collaborating with clients from all over Life Sciences.
