Responsibilities

  • Process Front Office submissions relating to client static maintenance such a Change of Name / ID / Contact / Address, ensuring completeness and that all internal controls are adhered to.
  • Support requests for the Bank’s internet banking services
  • Process end to end for account opening which includes creation / maintenance of accounts in the PB systems.
  • Handle Portfolio Risk Profile submissions including: Vulnerable Client assessments Issuance of renewal confirmations Tracking of expiry and renewal
  • Support FATCA / CRS activities e.g. Tracking of expired documents, Annual RM Inquiry, Annual Outreach
  • Handle Audit Confirmation and Letter of Reference requests
  • Support team's adhoc exercises and projects where relevant
