About The Position

D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes (ages 7+). Our mission is simple: help people get stronger, faster, healthier, and more confident—on and off the field.

As a Client Specialist, you are the front line of that promise.

This is not a passive front-desk role. This is a high-energy sales and relationship-building position for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on goals, and wants to grow with a fast-moving fitness brand.

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (fitness sales a plus)
• Comfortable talking to parents, athletes, and adults
• Organized, motivated, and goal-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Athletic background is a plus—but sales mindset matters more.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Membership Growth
• Engage leads, walk-ins, parents, and athletes with confidence and enthusiasm
• Present D1 Training programs and convert prospects into members
• Hit (and beat) weekly and monthly sales goals
• Lead Generation & Outreach
• Generate new leads through calls, texts, community events, and partnerships
• Represent D1 Training at local events, schools, and athletic communities
• Help grow D1’s footprint in the Corona area
• Build Real Relationships
• Learn clients’ goals and guide them to the right programs
• Be the go-to connection between athletes, parents, and coaches
• Support retention by creating an exceptional onboarding experience
• Work With a Winning Team
• Collaborate with coaches and leadership to drive results
• Assist with promotions, campaigns, and special events
• Track performance and contribute ideas to improve sales systems
