Client Solutions Owner

AGDATA LPCharlotte, NC
Hybrid

About The Position

The Client Solutions Owner is responsible for defining and delivering customer specific product roadmaps, with a primary focus on migrating clients from legacy and custom solutions onto AGDATA’s commercial platforms. This role owns product scope and priorities for assigned clients and balances near term contractual delivery with longer-term product convergence and legacy sunset objectives. A Client Solutions Product Owner may be aligned to one or two large enterprise customers or to a portfolio of multiple smaller customers, depending on customer size, complexity, and delivery needs. This role sits within the Product Management organization and exercises full product ownership authority for client-scoped work. As legacy solutions are retired, the role is expected to transition into broader, platform-oriented product ownership positions. Given the nature of AGDATA’s solutions, experience with datacentric products and customer business processes is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to understand customer business programs (such as rebates or incentives) and translate business intent into product decisions.
  • Proven ability to write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
