About The Position

Join our 12-week program (5/25/26 - 8/13/26) designed for college juniors eager to jumpstart their careers in the retail industry. Premium seeks to provide a rewarding opportunity to interns to develop technical, management and leadership skills outside of the classroom. There is a $1000 bonus upon full completion of internship. Responsibilities Receive training and perform duties in several functional areas such as client solutions, operations, retail, sales or other administrative support departments. Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. Monitor performance progress based on goals created with management and key trainers/mentors. Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Receive training in functions and operations of multiple departments to facilitate cross-functional knowledge and to provide greater promotional opportunities. Attend company-sponsored training classes. Attend company-sponsored events. Complete a project assigned through management at the beginning of the internship. With the guidance of assigned mentors, will present out the project work and results to the local leadership team.

Requirements

  • Some College
  • Candidate must be a college sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor degree
  • Student must be in good academic standing
  • Student must be able to be present in corporate office, Monday-Thursday
  • Student must be able to travel up to one week (Monday-Thursday)
  • Strong communication skills and proven time management and meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to adapt to various situations – work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and resourceful
  • Demonstrate leadership and can take the lead with little or no guidance – work independently
  • Builds rapport and can interact professionally with various business partners at all levels
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented and strong partnership skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
