Grande is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Engineer to drive consistency, security, and reliability across our Information Technology systems and operational processes. This role is responsible for administering and securing core Enterprise technologies, including Active Directory, Entra, Exchange, O365, server and file system security, and service management tools, while ensuring best practices, standardized procedures, and dependable system performance. You will play a critical role in Identity and Access Management, system integrations, asset management, compliance initiatives, and the automation of user onboarding and separation processes to support a secure and efficient business environment. As a trusted partner to the business, you will collaborate closely with Business Technology, Engineering, and vendors to support projects, resolve complex incidents, and continuously improve IT operations. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to manage escalations, conduct audits, support disaster recovery, mentor team members, and deliver training and documentation. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented and committed to continuous learning to ensure operational excellence and security alignment across the organization.
