About The Position

Bring your creative agency account experience in-house Title: Client Solutions Associate Team: Network Solutions Location: Remote; Canada (EST OR CST) Why this Role Exists You will support high-impact patient engagement campaigns that will improve health outcomes, one patient at a time. As a Client Solutions Associate, you’ll be a detail-obsessed doer who keeps work moving, deliverables crisp, quality tight, and launches on point—owning internal day‑to-day execution, final checks, and smart escalation when it counts, making sure campaign workflows are seamless and delivered on time. What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing Learn and know your accounts inside and out: therapeutic space, competition, key audiences, etc. Proatively support tactical day-to-day activities given your deep understanding of Phreesia Network Solutions products and implementation processes Establish trust and work closely with day-to-day internal teams to make every campaign count Keep timelines, deliverables, communications crystal clear for leadership/internal stakeholders Collaborate with other Client Solutions team members to execute simple, well-defined projects that support the Network Solutions organization and goals What Makes You a Great Fit You will be a great fit if you are: Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and maintaining organized, on-time delivery in a fast-moving environment An effective communicator internally and externally with active listening and reliable follow-up A detail-oriented doer and proactive problem-solver A self-starter who is organized, driven, and ready to make things happen Familiar with workflow/review tools: Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, etc. (or similar) We do have a few requirements to check: Bachelor's Degree required 1+ year of account experience in a creative agency environment; preferably with pharmaceutical brands Proficient in Microsoft tools and experienced implementing AI to support efficiency in your work Ability and willingness to travel for occasional in-person team meetings (approximately 10% annually).
