About The Position

Gopuff Ads is seeking an Associate Client Solutions Manager to help develop and sell Gopuff’s advertising solutions to key CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and Non-Endemic partners. This individual is an experienced sales and marketing professional with problem-solving skills who has a track record of working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing paid media campaigns to deliver performance against various KPIs. You’ll succeed in this role if you have experience working in agency or fast-moving environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll enjoy this role if you’re results-driven, analytically curious, and see yourself as a “Swiss Army Knife” of capabilities and skills. Individuals who can appear onsite in the Philadelphia or Miami office three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) may receive preferential treatment.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience in account/partner management or campaign execution (advertising/digital media preferred)
  • Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously, work effectively in a remote team environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills
  • Understanding of CPG or retail media preferred but not required
  • Strong project management, Excel, and creative production skills a plus
  • An undergraduate degree

Responsibilities

  • Client services : Serve as the main point of contact for all post-sale activities including campaign set up, optimization, reporting and performance.
  • Strategic planning: Work with Client Partners to build & maintain relationships with CPG brands & agencies. Leverage Gopuff data & insights to create turnkey, packaged media solutions that achieve partner objectives/KPIs. Support sales activity for new business and identify growth opportunities with existing partners.
  • Execution : Become an expert on the Gopuff consumer product and our advertising solutions, with focus on Sponsored Product as well as social and programmatic extensions.
  • Cross-functional: Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Creative, Ad Ops, Product) to create a cohesive experience that maintains client satisfaction & investment.
  • Ad Operations: Ensure live campaigns match internal and external expectations. Be a champion of processes and frameworks to balance execution speed with defined roles across teams.
