About The Position

Global Alts is seeking an Associate to join its Client Solutions team in New York City. In this role, you will gain exposure to the full Global Alts platform, supporting the lifecycle of each investment strategy—from early‑stage strategy development and capital‑raising execution to ongoing engagement with investors. You will work closely with senior leadership and investment teams to help shape the commercial narrative of Global Alts’ strategies and support fundraising and client engagement across a global institutional investor base. This position offers the opportunity to build expertise in private markets, take on increasing responsibility over time, and contribute to the growth of a differentiated and expanding alternatives platform. This role reports to Global Alts’ Head of Client Solutions, and its responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in financial services, investment management, consulting, or another analytical, client‑oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and an ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investment committee members, clients, partners, and others
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data and complex concepts into clear, well‑structured materials.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, accurate work in fast‑paced settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work closely with senior team members and cross‑functional partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, and follow through on tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Intellectual curiosity about alternative investments and an interest in developing expertise across private markets strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Support fundraising efforts by preparing high‑quality materials, presentations, and investor deliverables across multiple strategies, with significant opportunity for engagement with investors over time.
  • Help manage the flow of information for prospective and existing investors, ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on time.
  • Assist with preparation for investor meetings and roadshows, including assembling briefing packs, coordinating follow‑ups, and capturing key takeaways.
  • Contribute to due diligence processes by organizing documents, preparing responses, and supporting cross-team coordination.
  • Maintain and update internal data, reports, and content libraries to ensure the team operates efficiently and consistently.
  • Work closely with investment teams to gather relevant data and translate insights into clear, compelling materials.
  • Support senior team members on internal presentations and strategic initiatives that help scale the platform.
