Under the direction of the Assistant VP of Client Success, the Client Solutions Advocate will drive and is accountable for all facets of client support team and the client request process through a mailbox approach which emphasizes posing analytical questions, coordinating the collection of information, and collaborating with clients for mutual beneficial solutions.
