Job Summary: A Fortune 500 client has embarked on a revolutionary step change in their Digital Engineering systems to create a system which integrates across the engineering design, project delivery, manufacturing operation and digital twin technologies. One of the key functions in this role is to assist in the management of our Digital Assets of the integrated Digital Engineering System. Reporting to the Client Site PRC Leader, in this role the Entry Level Project Support (Client Site Print Room Assistant) will assist the Client Site PRC Leader in assigned tasks and activities related to managing and maintaining digital assets. This is a full-time role with benefits including paid holidays, PTO, and on the job training. The role requires work on site in the office at Granville, OH typically during the normal day shift and site operating hours, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Experience and proficiency within industry-related software including the following: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe software or other PDF editing software for assembling and editing files, or able to learn and use the available Adobe PDF editing software efficiently in a short period of time
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, time, and task management skills
  • Able to perform all work responsibility assignment procedures, follow directions, and meet schedules efficiently with accurate, quality, and timely results
  • Able to work on site at the client facility and follow all client site policies
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm
  • Initiative : Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (office equipment / supplies)
  • Able to access archive print room project files at height with or without a stepladder
  • Able to operate and maintain print room office equipment in creation of deliverables

  • Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Related business or industry experience (design, engineering, construction, project, management, technical)
  • Proficiency with related technical software (engineering/design software): Adobe or other PDF editing software, AutoDesk Software (CAD, Vault, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Inventor), File Sharing (Box), Cintoo, and other related software

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Digital Assets Management and Maintenance
  • Check-in, check-out files

  • Organize and combine multiple documents into standard document packages using Adobe software, Microsoft Office, and other related software
  • Operate and maintain office equipment: Printing, scanning, and other physical document handling and preparation as well as handling related supplies and basic equipment maintenance

  • Work independently and be self-motivated on repetitive administrative assignments, but also work on a team
