About Our Client Host Stand Agency is a hospitality-focused growth agency that helps restaurants and resorts improve discovery, attract more guests, and grow revenue. Their work combines strategy, content, paid media, CRM, and operational know-how. They are building a more advanced, tech-enabled marketing model and want to become one of the most sophisticated agencies in their space. Their environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and highly collaborative. Role Overview As a Client Services, you will manage client strategies, foster relationships, and ensure seamless execution of growth campaigns. This interdependent role complements the Growth Marketer, prioritizing passion and adaptability over strict experience.

Requirements

Experience in client services, account management, account coordination, or customer-facing agency work
Able to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
Interest in or exposure to growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign environments
Excellent English; EST/CST availability (PST exceptional); Mexico City preferred.
Open to profiles ranging from junior to more experienced, as long as there is strong client instinct, adaptability, and drive

Responsibilities

Lead client strategy from intake to delivery, coordinating with Growth Marketer and AI Technologist.
Handle client communications, adapt to needs in resorts/restaurants sector, and drive project success.
Monitor KPIs, provide updates, and upsell bespoke services enabled by proprietary tech tools.
Support occasional travel for Mexico City pitches or US client meetings.
