About The Position

In this role, you’ll tackle a variety of administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re detail-oriented, love helping people, and can juggle priorities with ease, you’ll fit right in. The ideal candidate is equal parts organized and adaptable — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently but also shines in a team setting, and communicates with clarity and confidence. You should be comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and eager to pick up new tools quickly. Most importantly, you’re resourceful, proactive, and ready to take on challenges with a “let’s make it happen” attitude.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Setting up new client initiations quickly and correctly (first impressions matter!).
  • Tackling administrative tasks like data entry and document uploads that keep things moving.
  • Preparing and double-checking relocation and assignment cost projections.
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating reports for both clients and vendors.
  • Performing quality assurance audits to keep relocating employee files in tip-top shape.
  • Managing the Elo inbox — answering routine questions and solving the trickier ones, too.
  • Spotting opportunities for process improvements and helping us enhance the customer experience.
  • Showing up consistently and reliably, because your presence makes a difference.
