About The Position

Our Client Services Specialists are highly trained individuals who serve as the first point of contact for our global clientele. This role is distinct from a typical call center position, as it involves ongoing and in-depth training to ensure teammates are high-impact resources for clients. This commitment to continuous learning is integral to enhancing the client experience and supporting the company's overall goals and culture.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • React swiftly and competently to inbound sales opportunities and actively address client needs
  • Manage online orders and provide every customer with accurate and exceptional service, closing out their experience with prompt follow-up
  • Obtain Gear Expert® level knowledge of product lines and internal procedures
  • Participate in ongoing procedural and product training sessions to ensure effective and efficient customer service
  • Provide customer feedback to internal parties, continually improving our approach to excellence
