This role is the heartbeat of our front office, connecting clients and team members to keep each day running smoothly and efficiently. You'll support clients in person, over the phone, and electronically-providing thoughtful, attentive service and ensuring an excellent experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential as you schedule appointments, enter and maintain pet profiles, update records, and manage client accounts. Requirements

2+ years of front office, customer-facing experience
2+ years of experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong critical thinking skills and time management abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience in pet care, boarding, grooming, veterinary, or service-based scheduling environments
Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
