The Client Services Specialist is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to internal and external contacts. The Client Services Specialist personally resolves issues or directs incoming requests to the appropriate internal division. Responsibilities include receiving new insurance claims, answering billing questions, fielding pharmaceutical requests, and addressing utilization review concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least six months of previous customer service experience in a professional business environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer

Responsibilities

• Receiving new insurance claims
• Answering billing questions
• Fielding pharmaceutical requests
• Addressing utilization review concerns
