The Client Services Manager leads the Client Services Team to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality service, and revenue performance. This role includes supervising team members, monitoring metrics, improving processes, and building strong relationships with internal teams, referral sources, and patients. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to maintain service standards, support organizational goals, and ensure excellent patient experiences. This is a full-time, in-office position with Monday through Friday hours.
