In the role of Client Services Representative, you will be a strong advocate for clients, both internal and external. The ideal person will have a Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL background, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The company takes client needs seriously, and this role serves as a main line of communication between Clients and the Operations team. Requirements

  • A dynamic, growth minded employee who is most comfortable being themselves!
  • At a minimum, at least one year of experience in a warehouse customer service environment.
  • Prior experience with warehouse technology.
  • Prior experience with MS Suite products.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a 3PL environment is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be a go getter! Take initiative when the opportunity presents itself.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients.
  • Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
  • Prepare activity reports as required by managements and each client.
  • Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
