About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day office operations for a collections organization located in downtown Louisville. This role is well‑suited for a hands‑on leader with a call center or high‑volume customer service back ground who enjoys coaching teams, supporting performance, and ensuring smooth office operations. This position oversees a team of approximately 40 employees, including administrative staff and customer service/collections representatives, and plays a key role in training, development, and operational support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Call center or high‑volume customer service experience required
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and provide performance feedback
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑focused skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a client‑focused, service‑driven environment
  • Prior experience supervising teams of 15+ employees
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Collections experience is not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Lead, train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to administrative and call‑center teams
  • Support customer service and collections staff with guidance and escalation handling
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and compliance
  • Assist with attendance tracking, performance feedback, and employee development
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify workflow improvements and enhance operations
