Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Project Manager to join our New York team. You will manage client accounts with a focus on assisting clients with their investment company compliance and variable product filings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of experience working in a client service environment
  • Experience in financial industry

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor Intermediate and Associate team members to ensure they are supported and adhere to best practices
  • Lead and/or assist with the preparation of various client compliance documents
  • Coordinate with fellow team members and internal teams to ensure client SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) filings are executed timely and accurately
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with investment and variable product clients, and outside counsel by actively participating in client meetings and/or onboardings
  • Ensure resolution to client inquires by acting as first point of contact, directing and/or escalating concerns to the appropriate internal teams
  • Document all client activities on internal workflow tool to ensure proper detailed documentation for job tracking and billing
  • Handle complex client documents and tasks
  • Provide training and mentoring for lower skilled employees
