Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years experience in scheduling, operations, or client services leadership
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Calm under pressure, hands-on, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, people-focused environments

Responsibilities

  • Support scheduling and care coordination to ensure seamless client service
  • Lead and back up client services, scheduling, and administrative teams
  • Manage day-to-day operational flow with a project-management mindset
  • Resolve urgent staffing or service issues calmly and effectively
  • Improve processes, systems, and communication across teams
  • Participate in on-call support as needed
