About The Position

Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. The Client Services Manager (Southeast Region) will drive day-to-day operations, proactively manage client requests and issues on cases and litigation matters while inspiring their team members to work together to exceed our clients' expectations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on management experience
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze workflow and effectively lead a team to meet clients' needs
  • Ability to manage internal and external issues with grace and solve problems creatively
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge of and experience working in the legal and/or customer service industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a culture committed to providing exceptional customer service to support our business objectives and growth
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks and workload for members of the Client Services team
  • Provide support to team members as needed and hold them accountable to all standards and best practices, following disciplinary procedures when necessary
  • Develop team members by providing feedback and guidance; ensure they are engaged and progressing along a path of growth opportunities
  • Ensure timecards are completed accurately and on time for the processing of payroll
  • Ensure all client requests received via email and/or phone queue are met in a timely, pleasant and professional manner
  • Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and team members to ensure proper execution of all aspects of upcoming jobs are met
  • Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
